Information for Organisations AND Individuals applying for project funding

Qualifying Projects
Organisations or individuals can apply for funding for projects that promote, foster and encourage any events, schemes or celebrations related to maintenance and dissemination in New Zealand of culture, music, literature and education of Polish origin or related to Poland either directly or indirectly, and other projects benefiting the Polish community in New Zealand.
Application Closing Dates
  • Applications can be made within the two funding rounds every year, ending:
  • Round 1 - 31 March
  • Round 2 - 30 September
However, in special circumstances the Trustees will consider Category A applications outside of these two funding rounds.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Project plan and budget
  • Quotes for the costs you wish to receive funding for (min two quotes are required for each item included in the application)
  • Set of accounts for your organisation
  • A bank deposit slip
  • Reference letters

HOW TO APPLY?

  • Download the Cat A application form
  • Fill out the form, making sure you answer all questions
  • Attach all required documents
  • Email or post the completed application to admin@polcet.org.nz or post it to us
