CATEGORY b APPLICATIONS
information for students applying for a scholarship
Who is eligible
- To determine the eligibility of each applicant and the extent of support the Trustees may consider the following criteria:
- The extent of the applicant’s interest and involvement in matters promoting Polish language, culture and benefiting the Polish community in New Zealand;
- The suitability of the applicant for the proposed course of study;
- The past scholastic record of the applicant;
- The financial status and/or needs of the applicant;
- Other relevant factors at the Trustees’ sole discretion.
Application Closing Dates
- Applications can be made within the two funding rounds every year, ending:
- Round 1 - 31 March
- Round 2 - 30 September
You can only make one application in each academic year.
Late Category B applications will not be accepted. An application received after the closing date will be held over until the following round, if that round falls within the academic year for which the application is made, or it will be declined.
